An evening class called Adventures in Shamanism: Introduction to the Shamanic Journey is starting in London in March.
The intensive six-week Monday evening course offers an introduction to the world and work of the shaman. Those taking part will explore the history and traditions of shamanism, discover where they go when they journey and why, and learn how to journey and meet spirit helpers and power animals. Student will also discover how to work with the spirits of nature to heal and renew.
This course is open to anyone who would like to experience shamanism for themselves, including those already experienced who would like to renew their practice.
Introduction to the Shamanic Journey runs from 14 March to 18 April on Monday evenings between 6.30pm and 9.30pm at The Open Centre, 188 Old St. London, EC1V 9FR (pictured).
