News: Witch brew wins ale award

Moorhouse’s Black Cat ale, one of the brewery’s Pendle Witches brews, has won a gold medal in the Standard Strength Cask-Conditioned Ale category of the Brewing Industry International Awards (BIIA). The beer is a 3.4 per cent dark brew.

The ale is brewed near Lancashire's Pendle area, a region famous for its historic witch trials.
