Pagan events in and near London

Tuesday 8 March; The Lion and the Unicorn: Guardians of Sacred London. Talk by Chris Street at London Earth Mysteries Circle. Admission is £4.50, concessions £4, members £3, concessions are £4. Wednesday 9 March; Talk at weekly pagan moot The Moot with No Name. Venue: Devereux public house, 20 Devereux Court, off Essex Street, London WC2R 3JJ. Meet from 7.30pm, event starts at 8pm. Admission £5/£3.

Wednesday 9 March; Creative Meditation. Half-hour guided lunchtime meditation to experience the richness of our inner world in all its colours, shades and contrasts. Thursday, 10 March; Monthly talk at South East London Folklore Society (SELFS). Venue: The Old King's Head (pictured), Kings Head Yard, 45-49 Borough High St, London SE1 1NA. Entry: £2.50 / £1.50 concessions. No need to book in advance. Meetings are the second Thursday of each month.

Saturday 12 March; The 44th Quest annual conference. The Quest conference says it is the world's oldest, continuous, open meeting on the western mysteries, magic and witchcraft. Venue: The Southville Centre, Beauley Road, Bristol BS3 1QG. Time: 10.30am - 5.30pm. Tickets include a buffet lunch and cost £23 each. Call 0117 963 4247.
