A wise woman I know has just told me that a programme on BBC 2 at 8pm tonight shows some Cornish wise women. They will be helping TV celebrities use nature to navigate and also talking about their life in Cornwall.
Thanks for pointing out this program, it was awesome! I thoroughly enjoyed learning with them about how to navigate the land by the signs that nature provides. It reminded me to be more mindful of my natural surroundings on my daily commute and rambling around the city.
