Event: Mind Body Soul Weekender on 25 to 27 October

The London Mind Body Soul exhibition is returning this autumn and is promising to be an even bigger event with more variety than previous years.

The three-day festival is a great way to experience new things. On offer is an eclectic collection of complementary health, spiritual awareness, and personal development. The Experience Zone will be running sessions throughout the three-days giving visitors a chance to try out Vocal TaiChi, Belly Dancing, Nia, Capoeira and Salsa.

There are also over 150 exhibitors with things to entice all five senses - to see, feel, hear, smell and taste the rich diversity on offer from fairies to food blenders, runes to raw chocolate.

MBS organiser Julie Saunders said: “The MBS show offers an experience like no other with the aim of helping visitors to develop a healthy mind, healthy body and healthy soul. Visitors will be taking away new ideas and ancient wisdom and leave with a spring in their step.”

From Latin rhythm, to sultry sitar, the multi-cultural assortment of entertainment on stage will also be interesting. And there will be plenty of space to unwind, relax, refresh and renew as well as plenty of hot and cold healthy food options available.

What's more, you get two shows for the price of one. This year visitors to the Mind Body Soul Experience will also have the opportunity to enter the OM Yoga Show for free. The two shows are being held at the same time in adjoining Olympia Halls - this means that visitors will be able to visit two shows with a ticket to one!
