A story on the Bedfordshire on Sunday website says a pagan couple claim social services took their children into care because the authorities thought a game of Dungeons and Dragons was ‘witchcraft’.

Maybe the journalist saw one of the D&D board games or tile-based adventure games that uses a lot of cards - Wrath of Ashardalon could be considered a card game I guess. Or maybe they just didn't do their research.
