Shopping: Pictures of the New Mysteries

A few weeks ago, Mysteries of Covent Garden, the new age bookshop and crystal store that had been on Monmouth Street in London for more than 30 years, moved around the corner to 34 Short's Gardens.

I popped in to have a look when I was on my way to teach a candle magic workshop at Treadwell's on Saturday and I took the photos you can see on this post.

The new shop is full of beautiful crystals, tarot decks and other lovely things including some very nice hand-dipped candles, a few of which you can see in the photo to the right, hanging next to a delightful shrine at the back of the shop.

Mysteries took over the new premises after Pavilion Books surrendered its lease and is right next to Inner Space meditation shop. The shop still has the same range of products that it previously stocked and you can still book readings there. Call 0207 240 3688 for more details.
