Candle Magic: A Spell for Springtime Wishes

Here is a lovely but simple candle spell that is perfect to cast at the time of Imbolc or at any time in early spring - although really you can do it whenever you like. It is intended to help your wishes and dreams come true. You can work the magic alone, with your partner, with a group of friends or as part of a springtime ritual.

You need:
A floating candle for each person (or a tealight candle and a glass candle float)
A glass bowl or a cauldron of water

Everyone taking part should scratch their wish on the bottom of a candle, light it and float it on the water. When all the candles are lit, chant three times:

Fire and water
Kindle and flow
Bring life to our dreams
And let them grow.

If you like, you can dance around the cauldron too.
