I was sent this picture by a reader, who said: "I took this photo of a tree bole because it looked as though it had the face of a wolf in it, but afterwards it looked more like an elephant."It looks like an owl to me, but definitely spooky. Not sure I'd want to see it in a wood on a dark night...
What do you think? Wolf, elephant, owl or something more sinister?

My first impression was a fairy, actually. The outward rays of lines look like flickering wings, and there's a tiny, indistinct form in the middle of it.
