Event: Thelema One-Day Conference on 9 April

Save the Abbey of Thelema is the title of a one-day conference this Easter Monday at Treadwells bookshop, in London.

The conference is in honour of the Reception of the Book of the Law, organised by a Greek non-profit-making organisation, to save the site in Cefalu, Italy, that was once Aleister Crowley's Abbey of Thelema.

The day will include readings and talks. Speakers include Mogg Morgan, Paul Feazey, Anna Apostolidou, Michael Staley, Peter Grey, Katerina Kerasoti.

The cost of tickets is £20 in advance to Treadwells. The event runs from 11 am to 4.30 pm on Monday 9 April at Treadwells, 33 Store Street, Bloomsbury London, WC1E 7BS. www.treadwells-london.com

There is also an exhibition of art inspired by Thelema taking place at Atlantis Bookshop in London. For details, see my earlier post: http://www.badwitch.co.uk/2012/03/art-under-will-aleister-crowleys.html
