Mind Body Soul Event For People and Animals

This May Bank Holiday weekend, the Mind Body Soul Experience in Brentwood, Essex, will be catering for the spiritual and physical wellbeing of both humans and animals.

The three-day event offers something for everyone and includes a new Experience Zone running sessions of Tai Chi, belly dancing, pilates, zumba, yoga and salsa on the menu. Covering complementary health, spiritual awareness and personal development, the Mind Body Soul event has 150 exhibitors happy to talk about everything from fairies to food blenders and runes to raw chocolate. There is also entertainment on the stage and a space to unwind and relax.

MBS organiser Julie Saunders said: "Visitors will be taking away new ideas and ancient wisdom and leave with a spring in their step."

The Mind Body Soul Experience is also encouraging animals to come to the event this May Bank Holiday weekend for a healing session with an animal healer from The Healing Animals Organisation.

Company founder, Elizabeth Whiter, who is presenting an animal healing demonstration and is available for sessions on Saturday May 5, set up The Healing Animals Organisation to help diagnose and treat an array of conditions that can affect pets.

Using holistic and complementary medicine, pets can receive an expert consultation and healing session with a registered animal healer. Each one-to-one consultation lasts for 25 minutes and is available to cats, dogs, small mammals and reptiles.

For further information about The Healing Animals Organisation, or to book an appointment, call  01273 891472. Sessions start at 11am, with the last appointment at 3.30pm. Although free of charge, a suggested minimum donation of £5 can allow The Healing Animals Organisation to continue to its charitable work. Please note that hands-on healing is complementary, and a support to any veterinary care, but if you are in any doubt about the welfare of your animal(s) you should consult your vet.
