Save the Date for the Mind Body Spirit London Festival

An event worth putting into your diary is the Mind Body Spirit London Festival 2013, which is taking place from 24-27 May in Earl's Court and is celebrating 36 years of offering inspiration for consciousness and wellbeing.

The bi-annual Mind Body Spirit Festival is the UK’s longest running holistic festival with a focus on personal empowerment, self-improvement and ancient and modern spiritual practices through live music, workshops, seminars, yoga, mantra, dance and movement, meditation and contemplation.

It brings together 20 thousand spiritually oriented people from across the world in what the organisers describe as "a safe atmosphere of belonging, self-exploration and self-improvement".

For four days in May the Mind Body Spirit Festival in London’s Earls Court hosts more than 120 exhibitors, stage performers, workshop leaders, wellbeing professionals, yogis, shaman artists and musicians from across the globe. Visitors can experience different types of yoga, meditation, and a whole range of healing practices from reiki to aura reading to mantra singing.

The Workshop leaders for 2013 include: Shazzie (UK Raw Food), Diana Cooper (UK Angels), Yogi Ashokananda (UK/India), Nicole Daenone (USA), Jonathan Cainer (UK), Graham Hancock (UK), Ed McGaa (USA) Barefoot Doctor and John Parkin (UK) Birkan Tore, Jamie Catto, Meir Schneider and many more.

There is also free entertainment from live stage artists including Parvatti, Bob Hillary and the Massive Mellow, Chloe Goodchild, Tim Wheater, Jahnavi Harrison, Charlotte Kelly, Anne Malone, Rebecca Cant, Jonny Cope to name a few.
