media planning agency in London, has kindly offered me a copy of a new self help book called Rip it Up to give away as a competition prize for readers of A Bad Witch's Blog.
Rip it Up is by Richard Wiseman, a professor of psychology at the University of Hertfordshire. He offers a new approach to making changes in your life based on altering the way you behave rather than just on altering the way you think. The idea is that changing your thoughts before your behaviour is difficult, but if you change your actions, your thoughts will follow. Being a psychology professor, his techniques are based on sound research and he claims they are very effective.
I haven't read Rip it Up yet, but Total Media is sending me a review copy of the book as well as offering one for the competition prize. I'm looking forward to getting it.
To enter the competition, all you have to do is answer this question: Which of the following does Rip It Up not offer to help with?
A) How to be happy
B) How to lose weight
C) How to fly on a broomstick
Please email your answer to firstname.lastname@example.org. The competition is open to anyone with a UK postal address, and don't forget to include that address on your email so Total Media will know where to send the book if you win. The closing date for the competition is the Monday 29 July 2013, at midnight.
