Here's a great idea for a pagan fundraising event that's been mentioned on the Pagan Federation Facebook page: a sponsored broom relay from Land's End to John O'Groats.
The sponsored event is being run in aid of Douglas Macmillan Hospice for the terminally ill, which provides help, advice and support to those affected and their families free of charge. This good cause is financed purely by donations, so needs all the help it can get.
The organisers are looking for volunteers to do a leg of the broomstick relay and presumably also to help raise sponsorship money.
