Pagan Eye: Sunrise over Whitewall Creek

Mick, a friend with a lifelong love of boats, took this beautiful photograph at dawn near Whitewall Creek, on the River Medway near Rochester, and kindly allowed me to use it on my blog.

He first posted it on Facebook and said: "Taken at 05:30am. Wind and rain, boys and girls. At Whitewall Creek having coffee and toast."

You can read a bit more about the history of Whitewall Creek on the BBC Kent History website, I discovered. Very interesting.

My Pagan Eye posts show photos that I find interesting - seasonal images, pagan sites, events, or just pretty pictures. If you want to send me a photo for a Pagan Eye post, please email it to badwitch1234@gmail.com Let me know what the photo shows and whether you want your name mentioned or not. For copyright reasons, the photo must be one you have taken yourself.
