Magic School: Folklore in England with Steve Roud

Tomorrow evening, Tuesday 10 December, folklorist Steve Roud is running the first in a series of new introductory level evening classes looking at various aspects of folklore in England.

The course will explore customs and festivals, superstitions and belief, children’s folklore, narrative tales, legends, and domestic and personal lore. It is suitable for beginners with no previous experience or knowledge and is promoted by the English Folk Dance and Song Society (EFDSS) in association with The Folklore Society

The classes run from 7pm - 9pm at English Folk Dance and Song Society, Cecil Sharp House, 2 Regent's Park Road, London. NW1 7AY. Time: 7.30pm - 10pm. The course fee is £66/£54 concessions. To enrol, contact education@efdss.org or call 020 7241 8953
