Magic School: Nourishing Herbal Infusions Workshop

On Saturday, 12 September, naturopathic herbalist Jacqui Apostolides of Urban Herbals is running a workshop called Nourishing Herbal Infusions at The Upminster Sanctuary, in Upminster on the border of Essex and London. The details on the Urban Herbals website say:

Nourishing herbs are very much like food for our bodies. They are vitamin and mineral powerhouses and are a wonderful way to get these nutrients into our bodies. Nourishing herbal infusions can be considered a multi-vitamin and are one of the best ways to maintain and regain health. In this workshop, you will learn how to make and use nourishing herbal infusions. We will examine the various healing properties of the primary and secondary herbs that are used to make these simple but powerful remedies. This workshop will empower you to build up your energy and create optimal health in a supportive, gentle and nourishing way.
