Here are some of the events taking place in and around London over the next week that could be of interest to pagans.

Sunday 9 August; Lughnasadh, also known as Lammas, Celebration on Primrose Hill with the Loose Association of Druids. Gather in the Hawthorne Grove at Primrose Hill, London, NW1 8YH, between 12.30pm and 12.45pm to prepare the site ready for a prompt 1pm start. Nearest tube: Chalk Farm. Bring a small contribution of food and drink to share. All are welcome.

Sunday 9 August; PFL Lammas Family Picnic at Coram's Fields, 93 Guildford Street, London WC1N. Family gathering for the festival of first harvest - bring some picnic food to share. Coram's Fields is a children's playground and adults are only allowed with accompanying children. Starts at noon. Details:

Tuesday 11 August; Britain's Most Extraordinary Home. Talk about Talliston House, the home of author John Trevillian, at Nova Stellar Wicca Meet-Up Group for genuine seekers to the Craft. Venue is normally a pub in London, but the location for this event will only be shown to members of the meet-up group. Door open 7pm, talk starts 8.30pm. Wednesday 12 August; Free Outdoor Event - Guided Meditation and Picnic Social with Himesh and the London Spirituality Meetup Group in Regents Park. Meet at Regents Park tube at 6.40pm to walk to St Johns Lodge. Free event but bring water and a picnic and something to sit on. Details:

Sunday 16 August; Pagan Picnic with Nova Stellar Meetup - a London-based Wiccan meetup group aimed at those wanting to learn about the Craft. Location: Hyde Park, London W2. Time: 2pm.
