Pagan Eye: Dragon at the Magical Lantern Festival
Last night I went on a photography tour of the Magical Lantern Festival at Chiswick House and Gardens, run by Photography Tours at Night, and this picture was one I took while I was there. It shows the head of a huge dragon, which is one of the centrepieces of the show.
The lantern festival is on until tomorrow, March 6, and I really recommend going if you have the chance - it is a spectacular event. Don't forget to take your camera!
I'd also recommend Photography at Night. I learnt ever such a lot of tips for night shoots from the professional photographer who led the tour. She was absolutely brilliant, despite having come to lead the group straight from a trip to A&E after earlier getting off a flight home from Iceland where she had been on a travel photography assignment!
On each Pagan Eye post, I show a photo that I find interesting, with a few words about it. It can be a seasonal image, a pagan site, an event, or just a pretty picture.
If you want to send me a photo for a Pagan Eye post, please email it to badwitch1234@gmail.com Let me know what the photo shows and whether you want your name mentioned or not. For copyright reasons, the photo must be one you have taken yourself and you must confirm that you are submitting it for A Bad Witch's Blog.
