Pagan Shopping: Wicca Moon Ostara Ritual Kit

This box of delightful treasures has arrived in the post for me. Just look at all the goodies inside!

It is the Ostara Ritual Kit from Wicca Moon - the latest in the pagan shop's series of kits to celebrate each of the festivals in the Wheel of the Year. As well as original words to use for an Ostara - or Spring Equinox - rite and information about seasonal traditions, it has hadmade bath salts, incense and ritual oil; two beeswax candles; crystals; a ceramic plant pot and seed; a gorgeous sparkly altar cloth from India and a lovely clay goddess figurine.

I loved the Imbolc ritual kit, which I used in February, and I'm really looking forward to doing this one. These kits are ideal for solitary witches who want to celebrate the pagan festivals, but lack the time or inspiration to put together everything for a ritual themselves. They would also be great for those who are learning the craft and need some guidance and to build up their own set of altar tools and supplies.

I'll post a full review on a Bad Witch's Blog nearer to the time of Ostara, which is on March 20.

Wicca Moon is at 50 Well Hall Road, Eltham, London, SE9 6SH and also online: http://www.wiccamoon.co.uk/
