Pagan Eye: An Alternative Market at Chislehurst Caves

I visited Orpington Alternative Markets Psychic Pop-Up at Chislehurst Caves yesterday and took the photo above. It's a wonderfully atmospheric venue, as you can see, in ancient chalk mines that date back to before Roman times and are supposedly haunted. I've blogged about Chislehurst Caves in the past: http://www.badwitch.co.uk/2013/10/review-haunted-bromley-kents-mines-of.html

Although it wasn't a massive event, it was friendly with a good variety of stalls selling witchy wares, people offering readings, and a cafe upstairs offering homemade food and drinks. What's more it was free to enter.

Don't worry if you missed the psychic pop-up, there will be other events taking place later in the year. You can find out more via Orpington Alternative Markets Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1335736923852705/

On each of my Pagan Eye posts, I show a photo that I find interesting, with a few words about it. If you want to send me a photo for a Pagan Eye post, please email it to badwitch1234@gmail.com Let me know what the photo shows and whether you want your name mentioned or not. For copyright reasons, the photo must be one you have taken yourself and you must confirm that you are submitting it for A Bad Witch's Blog.
