A Midsummer Night's Fairy Poem

Here is a poem I wrote for a Midsummer Eve fairy ritual a couple of years ago. I hope you like it.

On Midsummer Night
The moon rides high
So we can dance under
The midnight sky,
While from fairy woods
And fairy glens
The wee folk come
To cavort with men.
And all the stars
Of the Milky Way
Sparkle as we
Come out to play!

The picture at the top is Title Oberon, Titania and Puck with Fairies Dancing by William Blake.
