News: Children in Britain Avoid the Natural World

Large numbers of children in Britain are missing out on the natural world according to a three-year study from the RSPB. A news story about the study, on the BBC website, says just one in five children are connected to nature. Most kids in Britain avoid the natural world because they have been taught it is boring, dirty and dangerous.
