Pagan Eye: Moon Jellyfish

As there is a full moon this weekend, I thought I'd post this photo I took of a moon jellyfish - so named because they look like the silvery moon in the night sky. I photographed it at the new aquarium at the Horniman Museum, in South London.

As regular Bad Witch's Blog readers will know, I was recently at the museum for a party to welcome back the walrus. No, the walrus isn't another aquarium inhabitant, it is a huge stuffed beast that has been a popular exhibit in the natural history room for a very long time but was recently loaned to the Turner Contemporary in Margate. The aquarium is downstairs, and is one of my favourite parts of the museum.

My Pagan Eye posts show photos that I find interesting - seasonal images, pagan sites, events, or just pretty pictures. If you want to send me a photo for a Pagan Eye post, please email it to badwitch1234@gmail.com Let me know what the photo shows and whether you want your name mentioned or not. For copyright reasons, the photo must be one you have taken yourself.
