Pagan Eye: Mind Body Soul & OM Yoga at Ally Pally

I've just got back from an enjoyable few hours at the Mind Body Soul Experience & OM Yoga Show at Alexandra Palace in North London. I took the picture showing the beautiful hall it's in, with its gorgeous round stained glass window. It really is one of London's best exhibition venues. 

The combined shows were a bit smaller than the last time I was there, in 2019, but there was still plenty to see and do.  There are several seated areas where you can listen to talks, demonstrations, and entertainment or do yoga, as well as stalls to browse and a variety food and drink options. I had a reading at one stall, which was very accurate and I was only asked to make a voluntary donation. 

The Mind Body Soul Experience & OM Yoga Show is on all weekend until the end of the day on Sunday 16 October. It's at Alexandra Palace, Alexandra Palace Way, London, N22 7AY. Admission for a 1-day adult pass is £16 and a 2-day pass is £29. You can find out more here: https://www.mindbodysoul.show/
