Photos: Witches, a Wizard & a Black Cat at Lightopia

Lightopia is on for a second year running at Crystal Palace Park in south east London,  just up the road from where I live. I went there with a group of friends on December 1st as it seemed the perfect way to start the festive season. The lantern display was brilliant and I took lots of pictures, but thought for a start I'd share these three photos of witches, a wizard and a black cat beside a pumpkin and a rambling old house.

The event is London's largest display of Christmas lights beside the paths winding through the park. There's also a small funfair at the top of the hill, near the entrance by Crystal Palace station. Inside there are places to buy mulled wine, hot chocolate and seasonal snacks. Highly recommended.

It runs until January 2nd. You can find out more details here: https://london.lightopiafestival.com/
