A reader of A Bad Witch's Blog emailed me to ask whether I am still seeing foxes in my garden.I certainly am. They are in my garden almost every day and have become much bolder. I photographed this cub yesterday in my neighbour's garden, having a good scratch.
They eagerly eat the bits of food I put out for them, although they prefer meat to anything vegetarian. I slice of vegetable pizza that was ignored by the foxes got eaten up by my neighbour's cat.
I was rather surprised to see the moggy eagerly chewing on the crust, but perhaps tomato and cheese topping tastes better than tinned cat food.
