Pagan Eye: Ice berries

As it is the first of December and winter is truly upon us, here is a beautiful photo of berries on a tree frozen in ice. The picture was taken by James C Wallace, who regularly posts comments on my blog and has sent in lovely photos of the moon in the past.

James took the picture at the end of last winter, after a sudden cold spell. I'll be posting some more of his photos over the next few weeks.

As well as being a great photographer, James is a children's book author. I reviewed his books Magician of Oz and Shadow Demon of Oz, earlier this year. The final book in the trilogy is Family of Oz,

My Pagan Eye posts show photos that I find interesting - seasonal images, pagan sites, events, or just pretty pictures.

If you want to send me a photo for a Pagan Eye post, please email it to Let me know what the photo shows and whether you want your name mentioned or not. For copyright reasons, the photo must be one you have taken yourself.
