Pagan Eye: A Brand New Besom Broom

Jane Mortimer sent over this picture of her new besom. She wrote: "I've been taking photos of my lovely new broom, Orlando. I have to keep him bristly end up to stop one of my cats eating him. Sandra loves chewing twigs and dry things, which is why my Lammas vase of wheat and barley from last year (grown from stray bird seed) is in such a state! I'm starting another Lammas vase this year, so Sandra can have the old one and chew it to bits."

My Pagan Eye posts show photos that I find interesting - seasonal images, pagan sites, events, or just pretty pictures. If you want to send me a photo for a Pagan Eye post, please email it to badwitch1234@gmail.com Let me know what the photo shows and whether you want your name mentioned or not. For copyright reasons, the photo must be one you have taken yourself.

The photo at the top is copyright Jane Mortimer.
