Pagan Eye: Three Mushrooms in Cobham Wood

I photographed these mushrooms in Cobham Wood, in Kent, last Sunday while going for a walk and also trying out my new camera lens - which I am really delighted with.

I didn't pick the mushrooms - it looked as though the local wildlife had already been munching them and would probably appreciate what was left more than I would.

My Pagan Eye posts show photos that I find interesting - seasonal images, pagan sites, events, or just pretty pictures.

If you want to send me a photo for a Pagan Eye post, please email it to badwitch1234@gmail.com Let me know what the photo shows and whether you want your name mentioned or not. For copyright reasons, the photo must be one you have taken yourself.

I spotted my first mushrooms of the season last week too, first in Crystal Palace Park then on Hayes Common.

I'll have to go for a walk in Crystal Palace Park again soon and look for them!
