Pagan Eye: Fox at Eastbourne Jubilee Lantern Festival

I've been at the coast for a short break and I photographd this illuminated fox at Eastbourne Jubilee Lantern Festival, which began on Valentine's Day. The event is in the Pavilion Gardens on the seafront and is free to wander around. Food and drink are available in the Pavilion cafe, plus there's live music. I went for a walk there at as the sun set yesterday with my husband.

The fox is just one of the lanterns on display, but many of them portray wild creatures including owls, squirrels, and deer.  Others show flowers, candles, and things inspired by the jubilee. You can find the details here: https://www.visiteastbourne.com/whats-on/major-events/lantern-festival
